Created for a private residence in Miami, this large-scale geometric Doberman sculpture was designed as a bold outdoor statement piece.
The sculpture is constructed from individually formed metal panels, giving the dog a sharp faceted appearance while maintaining the tall, alert posture and recognizable silhouette of a Doberman.
Finished in vivid red, the piece creates strong contrast against the surrounding lawn and architecture. The color gives the sculpture a contemporary presence while the angular surfaces produce changing highlights and shadows throughout the day.
Its seated pose gives the sculpture a controlled, architectural quality, allowing it to feel substantial without overwhelming the surrounding landscape.
Installed as a permanent outdoor feature, the piece functions as both sculpture and visual landmark within the property.
This project reflects Buori’s approach to private commissions: large-scale metal artwork designed around the personality of the client, the architecture, and the environment in which the piece will live.
