This website is operated by BUORI. Throughout the Site, the terms “BUORI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BUORI.

BUORI offers this website, including all information, products, tools, and services available through the Site, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on the Site.

By visiting www.buori.com, purchasing a product, submitting an inquiry, requesting a custom project, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase products from BUORI.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services through the Site.

1. Online Store Terms

By using the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the Site, BUORI products, or any services offered through the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

You may not introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or other technology intended to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Products

BUORI designs and produces handmade geometric metal sculptures and related custom work.

Many BUORI products are:

• Handmade
• Made to order
• Produced in limited quantities
• Available in multiple dimensions or finishes
• Customizable
• Oversized or freight-shipped

Product availability, specifications, pricing, lead times, dimensions, finishes, and other details may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Handmade Nature of BUORI Products

Each BUORI sculpture is individually fabricated and finished.

Because of the handmade manufacturing process, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

These variations may include differences in:

• Welds and seams
• Surface texture
• Panel alignment
• Finish consistency
• Color tone
• Hand-finished details
• Small fabrication marks
• Minor dimensions

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not necessarily defects.

No two handmade sculptures can be guaranteed to be completely identical.

4. Product Images and Colors

We make reasonable efforts to display BUORI products accurately.

However, photographs, renderings, samples, and screen images may differ slightly from the finished product because of:

• Lighting
• Photography
• Display settings
• Material characteristics
• Hand-finishing
• Environmental conditions

We cannot guarantee that your device will reproduce colors exactly.

Minor differences between a product photograph and the finished handmade sculpture do not automatically constitute a defect.

5. Made-to-Order Products

Many BUORI sculptures are manufactured after an order is placed.

Production times displayed on the Site are estimates unless BUORI expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.

Production may be affected by factors including:

• Product size
• Customization
• Material availability
• Fabrication requirements
• Finish selection
• Production workload
• Shipping arrangements

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

6. Custom Orders and Commissions

BUORI may offer custom sculptures, custom dimensions, custom colors, custom finishes, modified designs, and commissioned work.

Custom projects may require separate written approval of:

• Pricing
• Production schedule
• Delivery requirements
• Installation requirements

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving project specifications before production begins.

Once a custom project has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Custom products are subject to the terms of our Return, Cancellation & Damage Policy.

7. Pricing

Prices shown on the Site are subject to change without notice.

Pricing may vary depending on:

• Sculpture size
• Finish
• Customization
• Lighting options
• Delivery requirements
• Installation requirements
• Project-specific specifications

A quoted custom-project price is valid only for the period stated in the applicable quote.

Taxes, shipping, freight, installation, special handling, or other project costs may be charged separately where applicable.

8. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

This may include situations involving:

• Product-description errors
• Fraud concerns
• Payment issues
• Product availability
• Shipping limitations
• Technical errors
• Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled amount.

You are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate.

BUORI is not responsible for costs or delays resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

10. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms presented during checkout or in a custom project agreement or invoice.

For certain custom, commercial, or commissioned projects, BUORI may require:

• Deposits
• Progress payments
• Balance payments before shipment
• Separate freight or installation payments

Any project-specific payment terms provided in writing will control over general website payment terms for that project.

11. Returns, Cancellations, and Damage Claims

BUORI sculptures are handmade and often made to order.

Returns, cancellations, refunds, damage claims, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return, Cancellation & Damage Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, BUORI does not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind or preference after ordering.

Custom and customized products are generally final sale except where otherwise stated in our policy or required by law.

12. Delivery and Freight

BUORI sculptures may be shipped by parcel carrier, freight carrier, specialized delivery service, or white-glove delivery provider depending on the product.

Delivery dates are estimates unless BUORI provides a guaranteed delivery commitment in writing.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside BUORI’s reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Freight scheduling
• Access restrictions
• Customs
• Road conditions
• Customer availability

13. Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the sculpture and packaging at delivery.

Visible shipping damage should be photographed and reported promptly.

Where applicable, visible freight damage should also be noted with the delivery carrier.

Customers should retain packaging until any damage claim has been reviewed.

Damage claims are subject to BUORI’s Return, Cancellation & Damage Policy.

14. Site Access and Placement

The customer is responsible for determining whether the ordered sculpture can be delivered to and placed in the intended location.

Customers should verify matters including:

• Doorways
• Gates
• Elevators
• Stairways
• Hallways
• Loading access
• Installation areas
• Ground conditions
• Ceiling heights
• Placement clearances

Published or approved product dimensions should be reviewed before ordering.

BUORI is not responsible for a sculpture failing to fit into an intended space where accurate dimensions were provided before purchase.

15. Installation and Anchoring

Some sculptures may require professional installation, anchoring, mounting, or site preparation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that installation is performed appropriately for the location and applicable conditions unless BUORI has expressly agreed in writing to provide installation services.

BUORI is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, anchoring, handling, modification, or site preparation.

16. Outdoor Products

Certain BUORI products may be suitable for outdoor use.

Outdoor sculptures are exposed to natural environmental conditions that may affect their appearance over time.

Environmental factors may include:

• Sunlight
• Rain
• Humidity
• Salt exposure
• Temperature changes
• Air pollution
• Landscaping chemicals
• Other environmental conditions

Normal weathering and gradual appearance changes are not necessarily defects.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to BUORI unless otherwise stated.

This may include:

• Product designs
• Sculpture designs
• Photographs
• Videos
• Renderings
• Graphics
• Logos
• Text
• Website design
• Product names
• Marketing materials

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from BUORI content without written permission.

Purchasing a sculpture does not transfer ownership of BUORI’s intellectual-property rights in the underlying design.

18. Project Photography

BUORI may photograph completed sculptures and installations for business, portfolio, exhibition, or marketing purposes where BUORI has the right or permission to do so.

For private residences or confidential projects, BUORI will respect separately agreed confidentiality or photography restrictions.

19. Trade and Commercial Projects

Projects involving architects, designers, hotels, developers, galleries, commercial spaces, or other business customers may be subject to separate:

• Specifications
• Purchase orders
• Project agreements
• Trade terms
• Delivery arrangements

Where a written project agreement conflicts with these general Terms of Service, the project-specific written agreement will control for that project.

20. Third-Party Services

The Site may use third-party services, applications, payment processors, shipping providers, or other tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside BUORI’s control.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy policies.

21. Third-Party Links

BUORI does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, services, or privacy practices.

Visiting third-party websites is at your own discretion.

22. Customer Submissions and Feedback

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, ideas, or other content to BUORI, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You may not submit content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes another party’s intellectual property
• Violates privacy rights
• Is fraudulent or misleading
• Contains malicious code
• Is abusive, threatening, or unlawful

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish customer-submitted content where appropriate.

A separately signed or expressly accepted custom-project agreement may supplement or replace portions of these Terms for that specific project.

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site or BUORI services will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

34. Changes to These Terms

BUORI may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of the Site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
