Geometric Gorilla Sculpture

The project

Created for Booby Trap On The River in Florida, this oversized geometric gorilla sculpture was designed to become an unmistakable visual landmark for the venue.

The sculpture uses a faceted, low-poly construction made from individually formed metal panels, giving the gorilla a powerful architectural appearance while preserving the recognizable strength and posture of the animal.

Finished in white, the sculpture works especially well with the venue’s colored architectural lighting, changing character throughout the day and becoming even more dramatic at night.

Its exaggerated scale and raised-arm pose were intentionally designed for visibility, photography, and customer engagement. Rather than functioning simply as décor, the sculpture becomes part of the identity of the location — the kind of installation guests notice immediately and naturally use as a photo backdrop.

This project demonstrates how custom large-scale sculpture can be used by restaurants, entertainment venues, hospitality properties, and commercial spaces to create memorable environments and recognizable visual landmarks.
