Geometric Horse Sculpture

The project

Created for a rooftop hospitality venue in Knoxville, this custom rearing horse sculpture was designed to bring a strong sense of movement and presence to the space.

The sculpture is constructed from individually formed geometric metal panels, giving the horse a sharp contemporary character while preserving the energy and recognizable posture of a rearing horse.

Finished in white, the piece works especially well in both interior and rooftop settings, where changing natural light emphasizes the faceted surfaces throughout the day.

The elevated pose gives the sculpture a strong vertical presence without requiring an oversized footprint, making it well suited for hospitality environments where visual impact and efficient use of space are equally important.

Placed within a rooftop setting overlooking the city, the sculpture becomes both an architectural focal point and a memorable feature for guests.

This project reflects Buori’s approach to custom hospitality sculpture: bold form, durable metal construction, and artwork designed specifically around the environment in which it will be experienced.
